Kim Clarfield

Kim has an impressive and heartfelt story that highlights her dedication to helping others both professionally and personally. After a 30-year career in corporate management, she chose to pursue her passion for supporting people by joining am/pm Property Management full-time. Her focus is on guiding landlords and tenants through the often challenging process of moving, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for everyone involved. 

With her deep understanding of property management and investment properties, Kim is an advocate for innovative housing solutions like co-living, helping address affordable housing needs. Outside of her work, she generously volunteers with Angel Flight West as an Earth Angel driver, providing critical transportation services for those in need of medical care across the Western United States. Kim’s commitment to community and her clients reflects her compassionate and proactive approach to making a positive impact on everyone she connects with.
